One of the various Tier 4 Thrall Mods to make it less of a grind to get the Thralls that you want. Warrior Mutator is another add more stuff and balance mod. Lexa adds some cool stuff (duel wield swords woot woot), while also fixing some of the vanilla balancing in a sort of fan patch kind of way. One of or a combination of Lexa's Exile Lands Improved Mods. There are also a couple add-ons to extend that functionality This is ideal for single player so you can build wherever the heck you want, no restrictions (unless you chose the No NPC Camps version for some reason, which doesn't make sense from a single player standpoint). LBPR was constructed to make you have way less building restrictions with general placement of every day items, to actual locations that you can build. For general building, I recommend (and I am honest to goodness trying not be bias here, I am the mod author after all though) one of the various LBPR mods. That will at the very least get you started. Most popular is the most popular visited mods over a 3 month period, and most subscribed is the most visited mods all time.
